1.1 About Vishwakalyan

Inspirational Leadership for Organizational Development is a program by Vishwakalyan

Gurukul Seva Foundation (VGSF), a section 8, not for profit organization. It arranges various

community programs and events, do and promote charitable functions for advancement and for

the upliftment of the society and carries out such other lawful things as considered necessary

for the furtherance of the objects.

1.2 About ILOD

ILOD is proposing Inspirational Leadership Program to help understand apprehensions of the

organization and work culture with an aim to create self-inspired leaders. Such comprehensive

program shall help improve quality of product delivered to customers in-turn their experience

with the organization. This document sets forth methodology, terms and conditions for such

proposal.

1.3 Background

Entire world is revolving only in terms of revenue, the mental health of the people causing this,

is at a risk. We truly believe physical health, mental health and contentment of the individuals

directly adds to the potential of an individual while executing the daily responsibilities.

We believe organizational development happens automatically, when individual development

happens. Individual development happens automatically when individual works out of his own

inspiration and contentment. Through ILOD program, we support individual to

1.5 Program Details

ILOD is for organizations in any domain who wants to achieve delivery excellence, enhanced

customer experience, and develop trust in the market with a belief of “people” as their assets.

01    Pre-requisites Open mindset of the management/owner.

02    Customization Training can be customized based on the initial feedback from the organization.

03    Duration 10 sessions (2 hours per week).

04    Who should attend?

                                Anyone holding key position, managers, team leads, and employees.

                                Recommended to start from key positions.

05     Delivery mode Online and/or Physical.

06     Sessions Sessions will be conducted as per agreed schedule with the organization.

Additional panel of trainers is available as required, who includes SSY teachers and 

professionals from various domains, voluntarily coming together for the upliftment of

the individuals and society.

1.7 How shall we implement this program

We shall implement pyramid structure. The top management and department heads will

undergo the training first. In-turn they shall be trained to conduct the trainings for their

respective teams/depts. This way, in the process of teaching others, one starts to apply the

learnings in their day-to-day work. The knowledge gets shared with everyone and gets

implemented throughout the organization.

We will be always there to assist you for implementing this process. This can happen in parallel

or in sequence as per availability of the participants and trainer.

1.8 Commercials

We conduct such programs purely for the benefit of the individual and organization/society,

there is no commercial purpose. As per the value you see in the program and changes observed

in the participants, you can donate the amount to Vishwakalyan Gurukul Seva Foundation, a

section 8 company.

These funds would be redirected to various social projects under VGSF.

1.6 Reviews

Performance Reviews - Management, mentors, peers as well as individuals give their

feedbacks/sharing in terms of what they learnt, how are they applying in day-to-day work, and

how are they benefitting from it.

Few metrics (as applicable to the organization and participants) that can be evaluated with the

help of management. Metrics such as

     360-degree feedback, attrition rate, absenteeism, customer feedback, sales, number of

        defects, productivity etc. can be gauged.

     Happiness index can be assessed via appraisal process.

     Eventually leading to organization’s performance.

Over and above, we strongly believe in self-analysis; it is the best tool to introspect and

improve thyself.

Continual reviews - Individual counselling, periodic reviews are conducted, shall help the

team to keep up the energy.

Your feedback/sharing are very precious to us. It boosts our morale, to conduct such trainings

generously at other places. We keep improving the course contents based on your feedback.
